At this momet I have log from port of the switch:

015268: Sep  8 20:24:40: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/4, changed state to down
015269: Sep  8 20:24:44: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/4, changed state to up
015270: Sep  8 20:24:45: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Gigabit Ethernet1/0/4, changed state to up

Can someone help me here? Thank you!

Hi Yuriy,

Can you check if you are running a firmware with the fix for the following bug for 89XX and 99XX IP phones

https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCun07540/?reffering_site=dumpcr

If the issue is seen with the firmware containing the fix then you need to get packet captures from the switchport while recreating the issue.
