Cisco ipphone 6921 release automatically IP address

hi all,

I have a strange problem on the cisco ipphones.

The ipphones have already an ip address and registred on the CUCM. but they releases there ip address randomly and frequently !!!

After a while , the ipphones get anther ip address and register again.

Firstly i thought that may be the problem is the Firmware version used by the ipphones --> I tried many version but the problem stil exist.

The CUCM version is : 8.0.3

The LAN is a third party switchs ( hp).

Would you mind to help ?

Is the phone grabbing an ip address from the same subnet everytime?

You can try setting the lease time to infinite.
