I need your help with regard to the following issue that i have:
How could i make call-record for users configured with cisco jabber on cucm 8.6??. The idea is use active recording fot both phones: hardphone and softphone (jabber).
I understood for some experts in ip telephony that it is not actually supported for jabber, working just for ip communicator in the case of softphones.
I would appreciate your help if there is a workaround or solutions for this.
