Cisco Jabber breaks bluetooth driver on incoming calls

Using Jabber for calls along with Cisco Finesse on a Dell Optiplex 3070 with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. 

Having an issue where the Bluetooth driver gets "knocked out" when receiving a direct call from another team mate if I'm using my bluetooth earphones. I will be connected and able to hear correctly through the headphones through other programs as well as make calls without issue but when a call comes in the bluetooth disconnects. I then have to re-install the bluetooth driver and restart my computer to get the BT back up and running.... then it will happen all over again. My drivers and software are all up to date. Please help.
