I configured the Cisco jabber for desktop, iphone and for android.
Problem is that Cisco jabber for iphone and for android is not working with an error "cannot loacte server"".

Please advise the possible issue and troubleshooting steps.
DNS issues, SRV issues, connectivity issues would be the first things to check, then to make sure the configuration is as explained in the configuration guide.
DNS and connectivity is fine as jabber for desktop and iphone is working.
I need to add Cop file for the android in CUCM?

When you created the Device in CUCM, is the Product Type set to "Cisco Dual Mode for Android" and Device Protocol "SIP"?
Also the Device Name starting with BOT and a Directory Number is assigned?
Yes product type is "Cisco Dual Mode for Android" and Device Protocol "SIP" snd also Device Name starting with BOT and a Directory Number is assigned.
Please find the attached logs from IPhone that is also giving the same error "can not loacte server"
