Cisco Jabber for iPhone - Expressway Edge - Phone Services Not Working

We have Collaboration Edge Deployed.

Notes : 1. We are using CUCM 10.5.2 and no jabber-config.xml file exist.

             2. We have Split DNS. Though we have CUCM , IMP etc in company.local , users login both from inside and outside as user@company.com

Cisco Jabber for Android and  Jabber for Windows is working fine from Internet.

Cisco Jabber for iPhone is Working fine from inside network locally. But Cisco Jabber for iPhone is not connected to Phone Services when connected from internet through Expressway Edge. What could be the issue ?

This looks like problem with Travelsal zone configuration, password for traversal zone being incorrect.

Can you go to your Traversal client (VCS-C) Zone configuration and check what's the peer address status?

Leszek

All zone is seems active , sip peer is active on vcs traversal client.

SIP: Reachable: x.x.x.x:7001

Did you ever resolve this issue? I am having the same problem. When I look at the client log it does not seem to attempt to use the collab-edge srv record.
