Cisco Jabber for windowas 12.1 cannot communicate with the server

Hi ALL,

I have 2 Cisco call managers Publisher and Subscriber

System version: 10.5.2.10000-5
 
Cisco jabber for windows 12.1
Cisco jabber for Iphone 12.2
 
Issue :Cisco jabber for windows and for Iphone not registered to Cisco call manager(no IM presence Installed)
cannot communicate with the server
 1)from cisco Jabber software selected: account type cisco communication manager 9 or later with Ip address of call manager
 2)  phone added to call manager as Cisco Unified Client Services Framework and device name CSFJabber and associated to end user management.
 
Please Advice!

Check if you have set primary extension on the end user page

 

Otherwise check logs
