hi..
am facing a problem with cisco jabber for my desktop..i have window 8.1,i downloaded the latest version of cisco jabber
i login and when using the option "Use my Phone for calls" it works fine but when i try option "Use my computer for calls" its not working
i need to make calls from my cisco jabber software.
Note: it was working fine a month ago.

Do you have CSF device configured on CUCM and associated with user correctly?
