Hello,

Strange behaviour for Jabber on iPhone with Expressway & UCM (10.5).

Some user have no problems to login with Jabber and all services coming active.

Other users can login but the phone services do not activate.

In the Jabber-config.defaults.xml de tftp servers are configured.

But the logfile indicates no TFTP servers are defined/found:

services/impl/ConfigServiceImpl.cpp(185)] [ConfigService-ConfigServiceImpl] [findConfig] - findConfig key : [TftpServer1] is an alias for key : [TFTPPrimaryServer] actual lookup done on this key - value : []
[services/impl/ConfigServiceImpl.cpp(185)] [ConfigService-ConfigServiceImpl] [findConfig] - findConfig key : [TftpServer2] is an alias for key : [TFTPBackupServer1] actual lookup done on this key - value : []
[services/impl/ConfigServiceImpl.cpp(185)] [ConfigService-ConfigServiceImpl] [findConfig] - findConfig key : [TftpServer3] is an alias for key : [TFTPBackupServer2] actual lookup done on this key - value : []
 [/TelephonyAdapterAuthentication.cpp(727)] [jcf.tel.adapter] [setCallManagerServerAddresses] - No TFTP servers

...

[/TelephonyAdapterAuthentication.cpp(713)] [jcf.tel.adapter] [setCallManagerServerAddresses] - No CCMCIP servers

...

ERROR [0x41b43000] [yservice/TelephonyAdapterUtils.cpp(1111)] [jcf.tel.adapter] [SetLocalIpAddressAndGateway] - No tftp server configured

Same error for CCMCIP servers.

CtiServers are discovered correctly.

I have same problem mra client can login via internet as well but can not connect phone services

if user login using with csf device  phone services does not work but when user login with tct device phone services works fine.

I uploaded expc/e and jabber cleint logs

I reported my problem to Cisco Tac. The Jabber client was trying to connect via Wifi and the DNS access was not working correctly.
