Cisco Jabber missing call

Lot of the users have complain that they are missing the call in IOS Jabber. They don't see the call coming/ringing but only get notification of missed call.

IN short: when the app is in background mode, the user misses the calls.

Enable push Notification buttons is selected.

Hello, @kmlpuri10  This is most likely a result of the push notification service not being deployed in your environment.

This is likely due to your infrastructure not being fully configured for push notifications.

Hi PUSH Notificaiton has been already configured. There is no Expressway and IM and Presence. 

We only have Call Manager publisher and subscriber.

Where do you enabled the push notification ?

Let the users check if "Background App Refresh" is enabled under IOS Settings >>jabber

You need push notification services configured. Use the guide @Stephanie Knoop  shared to confided push notification.
