guys I have a user whose jabber chat disappears, if he close the chat and reopen all his chat history gets deleted.

It seems the current history file(*.db) got corrupted and hence not storing new chat history. Traverse to below location and remove your current 'username'.db file after taking its backup.
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History
Next when you open a chat window on Jabber, the new file would get created. This should take care of the issue of chat history not getting saved.
