Hi All,
Anyone facing the issue that the Jabber for Windows will display missed call in the calls history even thought the call has accepted by deskphone?

Appears to be this caveat:
CSCud98014 - Jabber Windows 9.1 shows a missed call when answered at desk phone
Description
Symptom:
Cisco Jabber for Windows 9.1.1 Conversation History shows a missed call, when Jabber is controlling the software phone and the user answered the call with the
desk phone.
Conditions:
Software and desk phone are sharing the line.
Workaround:
There is no work around.
