Cisco JTAPU Client version are inconsistent

I upgrade my publisher and subscriber from 11.5 to 15 then after upgrade successful i got this error when open the CCX.

When i try to resync the JTAPI i got this error

Actually the AXL service was running in the publisher

Can you please provide the exact version of CCX that you’re using?

My CCX running under version 11.5.1.11001-34.

You need CCX 12.5.1 SU3 ES04 or newer.
