Hi Team ,

I want a document for Cisco Compliance for licensing model

I have seen some configurations at client site wherein  using generic users they have mapped 100 phones ,which consumes 10 CUWL STD licenses ,instead of 100 Enhanced Licenses

Please let u sknow if that allowed or NOT

If NOT ,please provide  a document that speaks about this

Yes it can happen, If enhanced licenses are not available and if you add more phones then they will borrow licenses from upper side (e.g. CUWL) if available.

can we map 100 phones with a user id to save enhanced licenses?

i am asking this 

any complaince that says only 10 devices can be associated?

No, if you have CUWL licenses then you can assign max 10 devices to one user/user id.
