Hi,
Although i am working for cisco IPT, but its my first change to see the Media sense interface. Here is an issue that the call is not being recorded. A yellow exclamatory sign is appear with the user recording info.
Error file is attached.
Please advice if i can correct this.

which CCM and media sense versions you have ?
for Media sense configuration you need to do the following in CCM:
1- Create SIP trunk towards the media sense
2- create route pattern associated with media sense trunk.
3- create recording profile.
4- associate the extension with recording profile and enable recording in the extension level.
5- associate the phone with JTAPI user.
