Cisco Meraki MC74 as SIP phone in CUCM patch?

Dear Cisco & Community,

I have dozens of now defunct Cisco Meraki MC74 phones. They are lovely phones.

Instead of collecting dust and getting recycled, is it possible to allow us Collaboration experts to register them to CUCM as a third party SIP device?

Or better yet, throw out there a device pack that would include native support for MC74's?

At the very least, get the MC74's firmware patched in a way that allows this?

If the community gets behind this, can we not enact some change? \

These beautiful phones do not deserve an ignominious death.

This forum is not monitored by the PM/BU, you would need to discuss this with your SE/AM, but AFAIK, the firmware on those phones is specific for Meraki, and not for any other system, Cisco or 3rd party.

It seems there a few options for you to transition those devices:

How about patching the MC74 firmware to have it register to the Webex cloud instead?
