Cisco Mobile client loose connection to phone services

Dear all,

We experience a strange problem, sinds a while our cisco mobile phones 8821 and 7925 types loose their connectivity with the other side of the line.

Some cases they have one way audio, customers cannot hear them anymore.

we have A cisco wireless lan controller version 10.5, wich is running virual on VMWare

accesspoint are mixed because we migrate them from AIR-LAP1242 AG E K9  to   AIR CAP 1702I- E K9

does anyone have any sugestions, settings to check, workarounds...

You provided not so much details (network topology, where your phones are connected to), ... thus I'm just guessing.
