I currently have Cisco MVA working at our core location; however, I cannot get it to work at a remote site.
When I say I cannot get it to work, I mean the MVA Script will not load on the remote gateway.
The Gateway Communicates to the Core or IPsec VPN Tunnel. The Tunnel is up and working fine.
I set some debugging on the gateway:
debug voip application vxml all
debug voip ccapi inout
debug isdn q931
I then attempted to load the MVA application:
application
service mva http://192.168.111.20:8080/ccmivr/pages/IVRMainpage.vxml
I receive the following in my logs:
006829: Sep 21 15:18:41.818: //-1//HIFS:/hifs_http_cb: hifs http callback: load of http://192.168.111.20:8080/ccmivr/pages/IVRMainpage.vxml failed. Status=httpc error -2=internal client timeout error

http://192.168.111.20:8080/ccmivr/pages/IVRMainpage.vxml
errno=-1=hifs Failure
When checking the status of the mva application:
show call application voice mva
I see the following output:
Script Name : mva

Just wondering if anyone has this working across VPN or if any assistance could be provided with the above.
Thank you!
