Hi

Can the default welcome message for the Cisco Mobile Voice Access be customized on CUCM 8.X.  The default has "Welcome to Cisco Unified Communications".

No it's not customizable, you can change the locale or language the prompts play in but the contents of the prompt can't be changed.
