I have a Cisco phone 8832 CUCM version 11.5.1.11900-26 the load file is sip8832.12-5-1-16.loads and the phone is not registering with Call Manager. It gets an IP address 10.X.X.X.
There is also very weird ping behavior, When I ping the ip, I get dropped packet, possibly bad cable, I will have to check, all other none 8832 Ip-phones are fine.

Did you install the DevPack required for it?

Thanks! No I did not. where that will be? how would I check if it is installed?
I checked the device default config on call manager, I can see a load info under Dual bank info but not under Device Defaults Information
