Cisco phone 8832 not registering with Call Manage

I have a Cisco phone 8832 CUCM version 11.5.1.11900-26 the load file is sip8832.12-5-1-16.loads and the phone is not registering with Call Manager. It gets an IP address 10.X.X.X.  

 

There is also very weird ping behavior, When I ping the ip, I get dropped packet, possibly bad cable, I will have to check, all other none 8832 Ip-phones are fine.

Thanks! No I did not. where that will be? how would I check if it is installed?

I checked the device default config on call manager, I can see a load info under Dual bank info but not under Device Defaults Information

Please check switch port configuration of working and non-working phone.

Connect the non-working phone to working phone port and check if it is able to register with CUCM.

Are you able to access webpage of non working phone via IP address on web browser. If yes, then please share console logs.
