Cisco Phone 8841 and CUVA not working (Load 11.x)

Hello.

We are using 8841er phones which were working fine with CUVA since we've updated to the latest version.Since this CUVA doesn't recognize the phone anymore. Does anybody having the same issuei?

 

OK - sip88xx.10-3-1-20

ERROR - sip88xx.11-7-1-17

CUVA 2.2.2.0

Newer models were never tested and are not officially supported, there really is no way to tell you what behavior to expect, or if it should work

Do have any idea how to check from which side this issue appears?

You'd have to look at traces and logs on CUCM and the phone, and possibly a sniffer to compare with a working scenario.
