Cisco Phone 8865 External Calls Issue

Hello Team,

I have a problem with the phone model Cisco 8865 and here is the data:

- Phones can only call internally.

- when trying to call externally [ Mobile number, International, etc... ] call drops with an error code:

" Cause 38 Network Out of order "

- We have another phone model in the company Cisco 7821 which has same everything [ configuration, gateway, etc...] and It's working perfectly.

- ISP confirmed that there is not issue from their side.

Since it happens only with video end point, and working on normal phone

Try this command under voice port  "bearer-cap speech"

Disable video from the phone page , try again - if it worked fine, you will need to add a new device pool for the sip/h323 trunk then create a new region for the new device pool and disable the video between the site region and trunk region

Site-region—> site device pool, siptrk-region—> sip trunk device pool then disable video between the regions
