Cisco phone licensing

Can I use my Cisco User Connect Enhanced Plus license on 7942 phone model to 8331 model or to any other cisco phone model?

Yes, u can use that.

you have got UCL enhanced Plus while 8831 consumes UCL Enhanced.

Both will use Enhanced, Enhanced Plus is only needed when you associate user to 2 devices, i.e. desk phone and Jabber, etc.

As the guys said you can. If the phones require lower license (e.g. Enhanced) while you don't have it, the will borrow from higher license (e.g. Enhanced Plus).

You can see that in Prime or ELM (borrowed license)
