Cisco phone router not sending CLID/DNIS info in CDR file

This is my first time posting to the Cisco Support Communities.  I have been researching how to implement call accounting for a client with a Cisco 3825 router with IOS version 12.4(20)T6 (SPSERVICESK9-M).  I enabled File Type Accounting on the router and have it sending detailed CDR records daily to an FTP server as CSV.  I sent the resulting file to a few call accounting software companies to integrate with their systems, and they have all told me that the CDR files are incomplete, missing such important information as CLID & DNIS.  I did not originally program this phone router for the client, and have no experience configuring Cisco routers for voice communication.  I need to know how to configure the router to include this needed information in the CDR files generated by the router.  Attached is a CDR file from their router.

I am not looking for a definitive answer, just someone to point me in the right direction for me to continue my research/troubleshooting as I am not finding any similar posts in the Cisco support communities or online in general.  Please let me know if you have any questions, or if this thread should be posted to a different support community.  Thank you in advance for your help.  I appreciate it.

There is no need to use large attachment.

Just post few lines of the mentioned CDR logs and mentioned what exact type of connection to telco you have.

Never seen cisco CDRs having the format above. Please refer to the following uide for configuration:

The link you sent me looks good, except that we are using file type accounting, sending the file to a computer via FTP.  If I ignore the gw-accounting steps in the guide you referenced, should I make sure everything else is setup correctly in router config, or are all the other settings dependent upon the accounting type?

This client has 3 PRI connections with the Telco.  Is that what you were referring to?
