Cisco phones 7821 - problem with transfer call SIP

Hi everyone!

I have an Alcatel OmiPCX Office and some Cisco 7821 phones. Following this guide http://usecallmanager.nz/sepmac-cnf-xml.html and this forum I've registered my phones.

Calls and direct tranfer works fine, but when I tranfer a call from A to B (warm transfer), after B confirm, I press again transfer and it works but A phone freeze and it doesn't release the call.

 

I have to restart it otherwise it won't unlock.

 

I've analyze SIP dump and in the last case A doesn't receive REFER
