Cisco Presence - chat history location

Hi Team,

I am using a CUPS Ver 8.0 integrated with a CUCM 8.0

Recently we had a problem, and I was asked (by management) to get the chat history of another employee from the cups server.

Do you know how i can get this and also, where this cache will be located. Any help will be appreciated.

NB: CUPC versions in use are 8-0-1, 8-0-3 & 8-5-1

From the server you would get that only if you had configured the postgresql server for such purpose.

You wont get anything before you configure it, thats lost, just search postgresql on cisco.com to get the documentation.
