Good evening,
I started at a place that installed Cisco Meeting Place many years ago. Yesterday the Cisco 2821 that was terminating the T1's had a hardware failure. We have received a replacement but they never saved the configuration to memory so there is no configuration on it at all. I did find some documentation and was able to get the internal conferencing working but the outbound calling is not working. We verified that the trunks were never even trying to call out. There is one command on each controller that I am not able to issue on this router. The command is below. Can anyone please look at the configuration and please assist in any way. Thanks for your time in advance. The router is running c2800-advipservices-15.0.
controller T1 0/0/0
desc From PBX 02B04
framing esf
linecode b8zs
cablelength long 0db
ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-24 type e&m-wink-start
trunk-group OutboundTG timeslots 1-24 preference 1

I'm fairly certain that you can not assign a trunk group to the controller itself and that you have to assign them to the voice ports
!
voice-port 0/0/0:0
!
voice-port 0/1/0:0
!
voice-port 0/0/1:0
!
Try assigning the trunk group to the correct voice-port in your setup and see if that works. Its the same with FXO Ports. Snippet from a 2901 with a 4-port FXO card.
voice-port 0/1/0
trunk-group SRST-OUT
timing hookflash-out 50
connection plar opx 4093
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/1/1
trunk-group SRST-OUT
timing hookflash-out 50
connection plar opx 4093
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/1/2
trunk-group SRST-OUT
timing hookflash-out 50
connection plar opx 4093
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/1/3
trunk-group SRST-OUT
timing hookflash-out 50
connection plar opx 4093
caller-id enable

Hi Jason,
Outgoing call won't work here because you have not mentioned destination-pattern under pots dial peers :-) 1st mention it and then test, if still there is a issue then pls attach "debug voip ccapi input" and "debug isdn q931" for a failed call.
