I want to monitor Available Members from Hunt List. I go to in RTMT to Performance-Hunt Lists-MembersAvailable but I always get 0, even if there are agents that are loged in.
Does someone know, how to resolve this?
Instead of Available Members from the Hunt List category, monitor the parameter "Line Group Members Available" from the "Cisco Hunt Pilots" category.
