Cisco's Alternative to MS teams Direct Routing

Hello

1. Is there a Cisco's equivalent to MS Teams Direct Routing solution?
2. On a similar note, has anyone spoken with TRAI on the implications of public cloud (Azure) and virtualised appliances being hosted out of the India regions to understand if this is an option? i.e. hosting a virtual SBC in one of the India regions and providing PSTN connectivity via native SIP trunks to prevent on-premises installations?

Not sure if I got your first one but yes Cisco is listed as MS Teams Direct
Routing SBC. Here is the guide.

For 2nd one, currently TATA is the only licensed entity in India to provide
Direct Routing from Teams (as network carrier). Otherwise, it is
considered illegal. You will need to have SBC on-prem or hosted with TATA.
