we have AVAYA IP Phone (1011) registered witch cucm 11 ,when we calling sccp cisco ip phone (1005 ) the call success , but when we try to call avaya phone 1011 from cisco phone 1005 the avaya phone not ringing and no dialtone on cisco phone

Problem on Avaya side. You have to engage Avaya Experts

I have the same issue, I registered Avaya SIP phone to Cisco CUCM, and Avaya phone can make calls, but can't receive any calls.
I've tested the same SIP extension on another soft SIP phone and it worked well.
RTMT shows that the CUCM send the invite message to the Avaya phone but no response. the call hang after a few seconds.
