Hi

I am having troubles with a Cisco IP phone but in traces I see this message:

Outbound SCCP message to 150.211.102.45 at 08/18/2015 09:56:27.242

StationD:    (0051062) Can't forward DeviceMediaPortCloseMsg to cdpc for CI 49018231; can't find it.
Source Filename: SDL002_100_001192.txt.gz

I tried to find what's the meaning of that message but I can't find anything.

This is a fragment of my call flow.

150.211.102.45 IP Phone

150.211.101.253 CUCM

150.211.101.251 Voice GW

I hope you can help me.

Regards,

Hi,

Can you please tell what the exact issue is? What is the cucm version, phone model and firmware?

Manish

Hi Manish

The exact issue is that we see in CUCM traces a "500 internal Server Error" when some calls are assigned to that phone.

And in Gateway debugs we see the same error.

This is a Contact Center Enterprise we have all the SIP trunks between CUCM and CVPs and Gateways.

And not all the calls fail.

CUCM version is 9.1(2)

The extension is an extension mobility profile for 7942 SCCP.

Regards.

PortRes has to do with SCCP "Early Offer"

Can you check if the INVITE has early offer?

Or check if MTP is enabled on the SIP trunk

Hi

Ths is the INVITE:

And no, the MTP is not enabled on the SIP Trunk.

Regards.

No early offer in the INVITE

Try to enable MTP on the SIP trunk, by default I always enable this, because it solves a lot of issues. Try to use IOS MTP resources, CUCM has some limited MTP resources
