Cisco SIP 7821 phone

I have a bunch of new Cisco SIP 7821 phones , when I add them into the CUCM they show as "unknown" .

I have checked the ports , all the sccp phones register normally.

CUCM version is 9.1.2

Any ideas would be helpful.

I ran into those issues too, with the DX650's SIP phones. If you give them sometime, they will register.By the way,  "unknow" means they have never registered, if later you see "unregistered", do the same thing, give them sometime.
