Cisco SIP Dialog

I implement Cisco SIP Dialog and create module to parse SIP Packets , Is there documentation to help me know dialog in details between call manager and Cisco IP Phone in all cases : normal call , hold call , waiting call , transfer call and conference call ?

the main thing is SIP would be fun if the logic is clear, so go through the SIP RFC 3261 ato understand how SIP work. after that when logic start building the conference transfer would be easy.

i need more details between call manager and IP phone

for example : 

in case transfer call there are three participants in call, i want what dialog in details between (call manager and transferor) , (call manager and transferee) and (call manager and transfer target) not high level of dialog or packets from side one participant not all like in these documents.
