Cisco SocialMiner 9.0. Supervisor/ Agent login account

Hi All,

I have running Cisco Social Miner 9.0 and created some user as agents.

I have required user as Supervisor with administrative permissions, how can i create Supervisor with administrative permissions for social miner 9.0.

Hi All,

I am facing  a problem with Social Miner 9.0. Every alternate day the feeds stop pulling and certain services turn off on their own.

Kindly help me if anyone have some idea.
