Cisco SPA500S 32-Button Attendant Console

Hi,

I planned to purchase a SPA500S. But the problem that I can see is that I am using a headset ( the headset jack is on the right of the phone )

So, how can I plug a SPA500S and use my headset ???

- Do you know if there is a Jack plus on the SPA500S ?

- Is there any trick to keep the headset AND the SPA500S ??

Hello,

we use a SPA525G2 with handset and with the 32-butoon Attendant console.

The jack for the handset keeps disponible.
