Cisco Spark not reach Expressway

Hi

Cisco Spark is configured in Hybrid Services. The service is connected on Cisco Spark.

But incoming call to Cisco Phone, dont ring on Cisco Spark app.

I checked the logs on Expressway

Was this resolved? We are experiencing the same issue, we have opened a Cisco TAC case, however it's been over a week with no result.
