As research suggests, more than sixty-percent of all face-to-face communication is non-verbal. With this in mind, I make tremendous use of video on a daily basis, and I know I’m communicating *much* more effectively with my colleagues, partners and customers than when I’m just on an audio call alone. The ultimate in this area is the new Cisco TelePresence System IX5000, our flagship TelePresence endpoint, presenting everybody life-size and life-like.
How about you? What are your experiences like with video communication? Do you agree that a video call is much more effective than a voice call alone?
