Cisco TelePresence SX20 register UCM problem

Hi,

We have a problem when we registering device to CUCM.

ERROR: Provisioning Status

Provisioning failed: Endpoint LSC does not match LSC on the CUCM and no upgrade CAPF operation is pending

I'm referring to this document;

Hi,

You can try the following: 

Go to the Web-Interface of the SX20 codec and turn off the provisioning.

Then go to CUCM>>Certification Authority Proxy Function (CAPF) Information>>Certificate OperationRequired Field:INSTALL/UPGRADE Authentication ModeRequired FielD>>By null string.

Apply config.

============== Go to the Web-Interface of the SX20 codec, turn on provisioning and Restart the codec.

You may also try changing from TLS to TCP and test the Codec.
