I got the following error every 5 minutes from cisco TMS:

29/06/2019 23:49 - Provisioning Extension communication error
29/06/2019 23:49 - The event failed to complete. Details: POST http://localhost:8788/pb/sources/id/8a36b1e3-63dc-46de-b119-73d94815d3ab/sync failed: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
