Hi All,

CUCM version: 12.5.1.14900-63
Cisco TSP Plugin: 12.5 (1.7)
Active Recording with 3rd party brand recorder
Issue: Cisco TSP disconnected frequently.

TSP Log:

6:31:42.723 |<--CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
16:31:42.723 | CCtiReceiver::receiveLoop() Heartbeat timeout or Receive thread has been requested to stop. Closing connection to CTI Manager.
16:31:42.723 |-->CSelsiusTSPLink::CloseLink(0)

16:33:02.862 | CCtiInterface::CloseLink() Closing connection to CTI Manager
16:33:02.862 |-->CSelsiusTSPLink::CloseLink(2)
16:33:02.862 |-->CSelsiusTSPLink::RemoveQwaveFunctionality()
16:33:02.862 |<--CSelsiusTSPLink::RemoveQwaveFunctionality()
16:33:02.862 | CSelsiusTSPLink::CloseLink(2) hSocket=-1. Link status - 2
16:33:02.862 |<--CSelsiusTSPLink::CloseLink(2)
16:33:02.862 |-->CCtiReceiver::stopReceiveThread()
16:33:02.862 | CCtiReceiver::stopReceiveThread() Joining receive thread: threadHandle=6088 threadId=4732
16:33:03.394 |<--CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
16:33:03.394 | CCtiReceiver::receiveLoop() *ERROR* Exception caught on getMessage().
16:33:03.394 | CCtiReceiver::receiveLoop() Link error. Connection is down.

When cisco tsp is disconnected, did a netstat -ano | findstr ":2748" in command prompt, return no result. Only way to get it connected is to restart the 3rd party recorder CTI services.

Anyone has any idea why this is happening? any has the same issue? I have checked 3rd party recorder brand log files ( no service down and no abnormality).

Thanks!

Regards

L
