Cisco UCM upgrade to 11.5

experts,

I am looking for safest scenario & how long it takes  to upgrade following:

- 1 Pub and 4 Subs of Cisco UCM 10.5  ( include PLM 1.5) to 11.5 

- 1 Pub and 1 Sub of Unity Connection 10.5 to 11.5

- 1 Pub and 1 Sub of Cisco CER 10.5 to 11.5

- 3 Cisco Media Sense server 10.5 to 11.5

- 2900, 3900 , VG204  , VG224

Start by looking at the compatibility info of each product in the target release to determine if you need to do it in a certain order, the  CUCM upgrade guide contains upgrade paths and provides estimates for various upgrade options.

If we upgrade UCM 10.5 to 11.5 and switch version to 11.5

when we see some issue, can we always go back to 10.5 ( switch version)  and no problem ?

Yes, with the caveat that any changes you did on 11.5 will be lost.

Certificates are handled at OS level.
