Please let me know how can we download the CUAC Standard application and how can we use it ?

when does the license part comes in picture

Its an exe file that you need to execute on the PC like RTMT or any other exe setups.

The license is installed in the PC where the operator is installed, and you use the same site www.cisco.com/go/ac to get the license.
