Hi All

I need help. My customer to needs the Corporate Directory in his Attendant Console and I can´t find how to this.

Somebody help me?

There is a whole chapter dedicated to directories in the install/config guide, have you reviewed it?

Yes, I reviewed it and I have not managed to understand how the process for this. It is not entirely clear.

The doc say always displayed the Corporate Directory but I can´t find how to this.

Standard version cannot sync users directly from LDAP. It gathers all users from CUCM.

Please make sure that LDAP configuration is configured properly on CUCM

Please also make sure that you properly configured Attendant Console so data exchange can happen.

This CUCM do not use LDAP.

as I remember, there is a button on the top of the attendant console to perform the synchronization.
