Hi there,

I am trying to find out a SRND for this appliance. Need to find out how these two servers act as a fully redundant set up, so questions are;

2 x Servers running ESXi - I would assume these act as one server in a vitual enviroment?

CUCMBE, Unity and Attendant Console is purley installed on top of ESXi?

or

Does CUCMBE run in a PUB and SUB configuration, so they are installed on different Servers, with Unity on one and Attendant Console on the other?

Thanks for any pointers!

Hi

CUCUMBE 6000 is just the package and not the appliance anymore. CUCUMBE 6000 is like individual CUCM/CUC/UCCX etc running on Virtual machine on UCS servers.

The SRND for CUMBE 6000 is equal to SRND for Normal UC SRND 8.X or 9.x.

Thanks for the reply,

So, you will install one instance of each CUCM, Unity and Attendant Console, not multiple? These would all sit on the virtual Servers for resiliance?

Hi

If you want hardware level redundancy you can use different UCS server. You can also have CUCM PUB and SUB on same UCS server.

So CUCMBE does support a PUB/SUB topology?

If thats the case, then surely installing one each of different Servers would be the best thing?

Thanks again for the reply!
