Hello every one.

I am wondering if someone has done this.

I will install Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console V8.6.1.9, right now the call manager cluster is running 7,1,3 version, but we will upgrade the servers to the 8.6 version. Is there a way that I can install the attnedant console server to support both versions, or I have to install the tapi tsp for 7.1.3 and change it when i upgrade the servers.

Hey,

you will have to update the TAPI TSP as soon as you update the CUCM. The TAPI TSP can be updated automatically between some versions but I am not aware if that counts for such a big version jump, don't think so.

I always prefer to update manually and guess you'll have to do it in your case too.
