hello world,

I'm trying to provide configuration file SEP$MACcnf.xml from a tftp server

My CP-8831 read the file but still stay not registered.

does any one had face to this problem ...

Hello,

If the web access is eneblad in the configuratioin file, you will be able to see some informations under the links status messages, console logs and debug.

What are the call control (CUCM, CME, Third party)?

Can you enable the web interface on the Phone (if you are in Cucm enviroment) and check the Network and Log files of the CP-8831?

To manually enable the web access you may change the tag <webAccess> under the XML file.

The value <webAccess>1</webAccess> means that the Web Access is disabled

The value <webAccess>0</webAccess> means that the Web Access is enabled
