I have a UCM 6.1 and a Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator installed on my Nokia phone, the Question: Is it possible to register the Cisco Unified mobile communicator with UCM 6.1 without CUMA 7.0

No, CUMC needs CUMA to work.

You can try to register it as a 3rd party sip or use this

But CUMC without CUMA is not possible.
