Cisco Unified Mobility Manager and Cisco Mobile Connect

I am in need of a solution that enables people answer calls made to their office extensions on their mobile phones.
Having found Cisco Unified Mobility Manager and Cisco Mobile Connect as a viable solution, I discovered that it has gone end-of-life.
What is the replacement product or solution to achieve the same result or what are your suggestions on getting this done on their CUCM 7(1)2 cluster infrastructure?

Mobile connect is now built into CUCM, I belive this was done in version 6.0, so 7.1 includes it and does not require additional components.
