I am preparing for CCIE voice lab my exam is after 2 month and till now i didnt practice Cisco unified presence server " Softphone control, Desk Phone Control. ...etc " because i did not find a source for Cisco unified personal communicator 7.0.2 which is compatible with my presence server So please if someone know where i can find this software source

All the CUCP versions are available under downloads, not sure what you mean you can't find it.

If you mean CUPS, the files are not for fresh install, only for upgrades.

I can not download it from Cisco website unless i have valid contract with cisco and i need it only for study in my home lab and to complete my CCIE voice prepration
