Hi Experts,
Following critical error is showing in RTMT for CUP ver: 7.0.2.10000-36
At Wed Jan 09 11:09:02 PKT 2013 on node UCWTLHRCUP01; the following SyslogSeverityMatchFound events generated: SeverityMatch - Critical : 7238: Jan 09 06:08:54.448 UTC : %CUP_PRESENCE-CISCOUPSPRESENCEENGINE-2-PEDatabaseError: A database query failed. UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME:PEAlarmMessage:add API failed App ID:Cisco UP Presence Engine Cluster ID:StandAloneCluster Node ID:UCWTLHRCUP01 SeverityMatch - Critical : 7239: Jan 09 06:08:54.514 UTC : %CUP_PRESENCE-CISCOUPSPRESENCEENGINE-2-PEDatabaseError: A database query failed. Sajeel my suggestion is if you have a valid Service Contract open a case in Cisco TAC to confirm if you are hiitting this bug.
